Do you sell the shoes protectors?
Yes, we are selling the shoes protector, please check the
website store to buy it together with the shoes.
Are your shoes in men's or women's sizes?
All of our shoes
are in women's.
Are your shoes in US or EUROPE sizes?
Our shoes are displayed in EUROPE sizes. You can convert the foot lenght
with our size chart.
How does Afterpay work?
When we receive your payment from the order, we will
start to make the shoes and ship to you, then you can see the tracking number
on the order details.
What does
"faux leather" and "genuine leather" mean?
Faux leather
simply means non-animal leather. Genuine leather is animal leather, like
pig skin, or cow skin leather.
How do you convert between men's and women's?
Please measure the
foot length, and check the size for man and women.
Do you carry half-sizes?
We do not carry
half sizes. If you are between sizes, we strongly recommend sizing up.
What are your
hours of operation?
The Leecabe Shoes
customer service representatives are available from Monday through Sunday, 9:00
AM to 10:00PM PT. We are closed on major Chinese holidays.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, please send an email with your registered business's
information to [email protected] for information.
When do you
restock items?
We carry thousands of styles, most of the styles did not
have stock, we only make the shoes after ordered . If you'd like to know when a
specific item is arriving please send a chat or email us.
Do you sell laces?
Yes, we have different color lace, if you need, please
contact us and ask for it. It need to pay extra 3USD for each pair.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
If the shoes did
not make or the materials did not cut into small pieces, then we can change for
you. If the upper have been finished, then we can not change.
Where do you ship from, do you offer pick-up?
We ship from
Huizhou, Guangdong China.
How soon will my order ship?
With the exception of weekends and holidays, we ship all orders within 5 days after placed order. All
orders after 5-7days are shipped.
Is shipping free?
Yes, it is free
shipping to all over the world.
How do I place an international order?
Prior to checkout, scroll down and find the flag at the bottom of the page. Click it and select the
destination country. Then simply shop as you normally would.
Your
shipping & taxes will be automatically calculated once you enter a
shipping address. There will be no bill when you receive the package.
Where is my [international] order
confirmation?
You may not
immediately receive a confirmation for your international order. After your
order is placed the payment will be checked for authenticity before being fully
confirmed in our system. Please note this may take up to 8 hours.
How much does
international shipping cost and how long does it take?
Transit times vary
by country and service. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
The cost of international shipping is
free. Please add the product to your cart.
• We are not
responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. (See
“what if I’m unable to locate my package?” for more information.)
• All international orders are subject to customs fees
determined by the country's regulations and will be collected at
checkout rather than at the time of delivery.
• We will
write 10USD for each pair of the shoes for each packages, so if you need the
invoice, please contact us by email at [email protected] and let
us know the order number.
How do I track my order?
You will receive
an email from us indicating your Leecabe Shoes order has shipped. Inside this
email you will find a tracking number, you can either track through the link in
the email, your Leecabe Shoes account, or go directly to the carrier's website.
What if I entered
my shipping information incorrectly or missing information?
Leecabe ships all
orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. If there is a mistake
with the shipping address after the order is placed, Leecabe must be immediately
contacted to see if the information can be corrected. If we are not notified
within an hour it is highly unlikely the correction can be made. If the package
has already shipped, there is a very limited amount of support we can assist

If you are shipping the package to an address you are not listed as a legal
resident the package most likely will be returned to Leecabe as undeliverable.
If you are shipping the package to an address that belongs to someone else
(significant other, spouse, etc.), you cannot list your name as the recipient
unless you list it as "In Care of" / C/O the resident of the shipping
address. If you are shipping to a business the address must include the
business name along with the customer's name else the courier likely will not
deliver the package.
How do I know you received my order?
When completing
your purchase, an order confirmation screen should appear that says,
"Thank you For Your Leecabe Order". If this message appears, we have
received your order. If you notice an error in your confirmation, you must
notify us immediately.
What if I am unable to locate my delivered
package?
Leecabe Shoes is not responsible for any
theft or damages once the package is delivered. It is the
customer's responsibility to track and locate their delivered package.
Your shipping
confirmation will contain the delivery date and link to track your package via
the corresponding tracking website. Failure to notify Leecabe in the case
that you are not able to receive your shipment (or the address is incorrect)
may result in a loss of the package and the order will not be refunded. Contact
us if there are address errors or other changes ASAP.
RETURNS
Can I return something I bought?
We accept returns within 40 days of order
placement.* Shoes must be returned in new condition in order to be
eligible for a refund or store credit.
*Returns initiated
beyond 30 but before 40 days from original purchase date are limited to store
credit only.
If you'd like to
exchange your shoes, please choose store credit when filing the return.
You can use this credit to place a new order.
For international orders: Customer is
responsible for return shipping. Additionally, duty, tax and original shipping
are not refunded. Please contact your local tax authority for VAT refunds.
How do I start my return?
If you'd like to return something you've purchased from twolandshoes.com,
please click here to file your return.
When will I get my
refund?
Once your item arrives at our warehouse we will authorize your refund within 4 business days.
Why is there a fee to return my order?
We provide you a shipping
address information to ship the order back from your country.If you would like
to exchange, please use store credit to order the replacement pair. Your
original shipping fee will not be refunded unless the item was delivered after
the guaranteed date or the item was defective.
What if I want to exchange for another size
or color?
If you would like
to exchange your shoes for another size or color, please file your return
as a store credit, and use the credit to order the new pair once we issue the
credit to you via email. This will happen immediately once we receive and
inspect your return.
